Nashville hospital leaves 72-year-old woman paralyzed from chest down after drug mix-up during epidural

A 72-year-old woman admitted to a Nashville hospital for routine knee surgery was left with no sensation from her chest down after an apparent drug mix-up during her epidural. The incident affected three other patients at the same facility as well.
