Moscow petrol stations cap sales at 30 litres per vehicle amid shortage
Petrol stations in Moscow have capped fuel sales at around 30 litres per vehicle due to shortages, Reuters reported. Russian oil infrastructure has been under sustained Ukrainian military attack for months. President Vladimir Putin claimed on Wednesday that the strikes have not caused critical damage and that the situation remains under control.
