Apple drops fixed tech fee in EU and simplifies app payment rules

Apple is once again modifying its terms for app developers on the iPhone in the European Union. The new rules eliminate the existing fixed technology fee model and simplify billing arrangements. The changes also open the door to combining different payment methods within apps.
