Poland's ABW had inside information from ECHR, says TK chief — surveillance claims investigated

Polish Constitutional Tribunal chief Bogdan Święczkowski revealed on television that when he headed the ABW intelligence agency, it possessed information sourced from inside the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He declined to give details, citing state secrecy. Judge Żurek responded publicly, and Wirtualna Polska asked the Justice Ministry about the possible surveillance of the Strasbourg court.
