High-rise apartments to be built 30 metres from beach in Ustka

A developer plans to build a complex of 9- to 10-storey apartment buildings just 30 metres from the beach on Wczasowa Street in Ustka. The investor already holds a valid building permit, with construction set to begin next year. Residents of the apartments will have sea views from their windows.
