Ukraine and Russia exchange 103 prisoners of war each

On 19 August, Ukraine and Russia exchanged 103 prisoners of war each. Among the freed Ukrainians were soldiers from the Armed Forces, Border Guard and National Guard, including those who had fought in Mariupol and several other regions.
