Anti-corruption agents raid Jelenia Góra city hall over flood relief certificates

CBA agents are conducting a check at the Jelenia Góra city hall, examining the procedure for issuing flood certificates to businesses after the 2024 floods — the certificates were required to receive financial aid. The operation stems from a broader investigation into irregularities in distributing flood relief. Earlier, Anna Konieczyńska, a Civic Coalition activist and deputy president of the Karkonosze Regional Development Agency, was dismissed in connection with the case.
