Tusk announces CIT hike — Polish business leaders push back

Prime Minister Donald Tusk has announced a planned increase in corporate income tax (CIT). Ryszard Florek, founder and CEO of Fakro Group, criticised the move, arguing the government is hitting domestic businesses instead of more effectively collecting taxes from global corporations with revenues above one billion euros that avoid paying tax in Poland.
