Germans flock to Świnoujście to fill up on cheaper Polish fuel

Far more cars with German number plates have been appearing at petrol stations in Świnoujście, as drivers cross the border to take advantage of lower fuel prices in Poland. Some are filling not only their tanks but also jerry cans to carry extra fuel home. The price gap between Poland and Germany is encouraging cross-border fuel runs.
