Tusk: I won't cap doctors' pay at 240 zł/h to avoid fewer procedures

Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Wednesday he wants to avoid capping doctors' highest earnings, warning that such limits could reduce the number of medical procedures carried out for patients.
