Syrbiha confirmed as Ukraine's foreign minister for third time

Ukraine's parliament confirmed Andriy Sybiha as foreign minister for the third time, with 266 deputies voting in favour of the candidacy put forward by President Zelensky. In his address to parliament, Sybiha said Ukraine is at a "decisive stage of the war" in which diplomacy is of particular importance.
