Greece's brain-drain reversal programme ends in failure

Greece launched an ambitious programme to bring back leading scientists from abroad after its traumatic financial crisis, but the initiative has stalled completely. Rather than reversing the brain drain, the government managed to turn the entire scientific community against it. One researcher now advises young scientists to stay abroad.
