Belarusian general floats cooperation with Poland while intelligence shapes a rival narrative

The commander of Belarus's air force has publicly spoken of "establishing cooperation" with Warsaw, Vilnius and Riga, despite Poland having had no ambassador in Minsk for five years and the border remaining a front of hybrid warfare. According to unofficial sources, Poland's Foreign Intelligence Agency is pushing its own narrative around a potential reset with Belarus. Polish security services are reportedly beginning to discuss a possible shift in approach toward Minsk.
