Flat sales up 11% in July across six Polish regional markets

In July, six regional Polish markets — Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Kielce, Lublin, Rzeszów, and Szczecin — recorded an 11% year-on-year increase in flat sales, according to Otodom data. With 640 units added to listings and 750 sold, demand clearly outstripped supply. The figures point to a recovery in the real estate market outside Poland's major cities.
