Poland spent only 14% of army modernisation budget in first half of year

By mid-year, spending from Poland's Armed Forces Support Fund reached only 14 percent of the full-year plan. The Defence Ministry says the slow pace reflects the nature of the fund and its investments, but there is a risk that the full planned defence budget will again go unspent, according to Puls Biznesu.
