Did Święczkowski's ABW spy on the Strasbourg court? Polish government to investigate

Waldemar Żurek announced he would take "appropriate steps" to establish whether Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW), under former chief Bogdan Święczkowski, conducted surveillance on the European Court of Human Rights. The current Constitutional Tribunal president is invoking state secrecy, while the ABW denies the allegations reported by Wirtualna Polska.
