Meta rejects 29-state lawsuit alleging it deliberately addicted children to Instagram

Meta Platforms has rejected allegations from 29 US states that it deliberately engineered Instagram and Facebook to addict children and boost profits. The case has gone to court and potential penalties could run into billions of dollars, Reuters reported.
