Five Sydney Swans players suspended amid sexual assault investigation
The Sydney Swans AFL club has stood down five players — Riley Bice, Nick Blakey, Isaac Heeney, James Jordon and Chad Warner — for the rest of the season. The club's CEO said the club was "deeply embarrassed and ashamed" after the players were linked to a police investigation into an alleged sexual assault at the Pullman Hotel in Melbourne during the early hours of Monday. None of the players have been arrested or charged.
