Fedorov: Ukraine must find a way to hold elections even during wartime

Former Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov published a late-night statement calling for elections to be held even amid a prolonged war. He warned of a systemic governance crisis in Kyiv and stressed the need for full accountability and an uncompromising fight against corruption. Fedorov argued that democracy cannot be held hostage by Russia.
