Coalition split over Maciej Berek's appointment to Constitutional Tribunal

Coalition partners are openly criticising the decision to nominate Maciej Berek as a new judge of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, while Civic Coalition (KO) politicians publicly defend it. Off the record, however, members of Donald Tusk's own party admit the choice was not properly agreed within the coalition and that "something went wrong."
