Three aggressive German shepherds terrorise villages in Masovia since mid-July
Since mid-July, three aggressive German shepherds have been attacking livestock and people in the municipalities of Pacyna and Szczawin Kościelny in the Masovian region of Poland. Repeated attempts to catch the dogs have failed, and the situation has exposed a legal gap in regulations concerning the capture of dogs that have an owner. Local authorities have issued an official statement on the matter.
