After MyDr data leak, Poland's government plans new rules for mass data processors

Deputy Minister of Digitalisation Dariusz Standerski announced that next week the government will present specific legislative proposals introducing new obligations for entities that process personal data on a large scale. The announcement came in response to the data leak from the MyDr system. The new regulations aim to increase the accountability of organisations collecting citizens' data.
