Bezos-led consortium buys almost 40% of Liverpool FC from FSG

A consortium that includes Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has acquired close to 40% of Liverpool FC from Fenway Sports Group. It is one of the largest ownership deals in English football history. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
