Polish financial regulator fines PKO BP 47.5 million zloty over structured deposits

Poland's Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has fined PKO Bank Polski a total of 47.5 million zloty. The charges relate to structured deposits offered to customers, including failures to disclose conflicts of interest connected to those products.
