US sanctions ICC president and top trial lawyer

The US has sanctioned International Criminal Court president Tomoko Akane and trial lawyer Abdoulaye Seye. The move marks another step by the US administration targeting the ICC. Washington had previously sanctioned ICC Prosecutor-General Karim Khan.
