Thieves target EV charger cables worth 15,000 zloty each

Fast EV charging stations have become a new target for thieves, who steal the thick copper-containing cables from the units. A thief can get at most a few hundred zloty for the scrap copper, while a replacement CCS cable starts at 15,000 zloty. The thefts put charging stations out of service and impose heavy repair costs on operators.
