Czaputowicz: US treats NATO allies like clients, not partners

Former Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz argues that the US loyalty survey directed at NATO allies amounts to a form of blackmail for many European states. He warns that for Poland it could become a temptation to become even more dependent on Washington for its security. In his view, the US is increasingly treating alliance relations in purely transactional terms.
