Chinese startup LandSpace lands Zhuque-3 rocket stage after orbital launch

Beijing-based startup LandSpace successfully recovered the first stage of its Zhuque-3 rocket on August 18 after an orbital launch, touching down on land using landing legs — similar to SpaceX's Falcon 9. It is the first Chinese private company ever to achieve this feat during an orbital mission. The only previous Chinese orbital rocket recovery was by the state-owned Long March 10B on July 10, which landed in a net on a ship at sea.
