Minnesota sues Texas governor to force extradition of ICE agent
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison sued Texas Governor Greg Abbott to compel the extradition of an ICE agent accused of lying about a nonfatal shooting. Ellison argues the agent should face trial in Minnesota and has formally called for his transfer.
