Rugby League World Cup to air only on subscription TV in UK — culture secretary urges free-to-air deal

Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy urged administrators to strike a deal to restore free-to-air access, saying she shares fans' disappointment as a supporter herself. The BBC had a longstanding tradition of showing every Rugby League World Cup regardless of location.
