Apple pulls AI nudify app that was advertised on Meta
Apple has removed an App Store application that allowed users to create AI-generated pornographic deepfakes of real people, after it was promoted through Meta ads. One of the ads featured a woman resembling a prominent US politician. The issue came to light following a report by WIRED magazine.
