Frank Beard, ZZ Top's drummer for 56 years, dies at 77

Frank Beard, the longtime drummer of ZZ Top, has died at the age of 77 at his ranch in Richmond, Texas, surrounded by his family while in hospice care. He had been with the band for 56 years. ZZ Top had abruptly cancelled a performance at the Hollywood Bowl just one week before his death.
