Poland's Finance Ministry: paid private car parks must issue fiscal receipts

Poland's Ministry of Finance has clarified that owners of private properties who charge for parking must register those revenues through a fiscal cash register and issue receipts. The requirement applies to any organised, fee-based provision of parking spaces. The new guidelines end the previous common practice of taking cash payments without documenting the transactions.
