Bezos-led consortium buys nearly 40% stake in Liverpool FC from FSG

A consortium including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has acquired close to 40% of Liverpool FC from Fenway Sports Group. The deal is one of the largest transactions in English football history. Fenway Sports Group retains a majority stake in the club.
