Russian strike on Pechenihy near Kharkiv kills 10, wounds 18

Russian forces struck the village of Pechenihy in Kharkiv Oblast in a morning attack aimed at the centre of the settlement. Ten people were killed and 18 wounded. The head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, confirmed the attack.
