Russia's fuel crisis deepens — petrol available at only 28% of stations

Russia is experiencing a second wave of fuel shortages. As of 16 August, petrol or diesel was available at only 28.1 percent of filling stations nationwide, down from 41 percent the previous week. The figures point to deepening supply problems across the Russian Federation.
