Safjan on Romanowski: PiS-era rules now working against former deputy minister

Former Constitutional Tribunal president Prof. Marek Safjan told TVN24 that Marcin Romanowski's conduct amounts to "contempt for the rule of law" and is "outrageous." Safjan highlighted what he called "a genuine paradox": regulations introduced under the PiS government are now being turned against the former PiS deputy justice minister himself. Romanowski is suspected of irregularities committed while in office.
