ESPN co-founder Bill Rasmussen dies aged 93

Bill Rasmussen, co-founder of the cable sports giant ESPN, has died at the age of 93 from complications of Parkinson's disease. Rasmussen helped create one of the world's most influential sports networks, transforming how sport was broadcast on cable television in the United States.
