Judge again frees accused WWII Memorial vandal, dealing blow to Pirro

A judge has released for a second time a man accused of vandalising the WWII Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC, dealing another setback to Jeanine Pirro, President Trump's top federal prosecutor in the district. Pirro has now twice failed to keep the accused behind bars. The case follows the earlier collapse of a separate vandalism case involving the Reflecting Pool.
