Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time joins GOG Preservation Program after remake cancellation

The classic game Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time has been added to the GOG Preservation Program, an initiative launched in 2024 to keep older games available and compatible on modern and future PCs. The game has received several updates improving its performance on current hardware. Ubisoft had previously cancelled its planned remake of the title.
