Metaplanet targets US market via Nasdaq deal using 2,100 BTC

Tokyo-based Metaplanet is expanding its Bitcoin treasury strategy to the US through a deal with Nasdaq-listed Super League Enterprise. The proposed transaction would use 2,100 BTC from Metaplanet's existing holdings rather than any additional Bitcoin purchases. The move would give the Japanese company a foothold in US capital markets.
