Russia's second fuel crisis wave: petrol available at only 28% of stations
Russia is experiencing a second wave of fuel shortages, with petrol or diesel available at only 28.1% of filling stations nationwide as of 16 August, down from 41% the week before, according to data from the GdeBenz app cited by the newspaper Izvestia. The sharp drop points to a worsening supply crisis across the country.
