Bill Rasmussen, ESPN co-founder, dies at 93

Bill Rasmussen, co-founder of the all-sports network ESPN, has died at the age of 93. He and his son conceived the idea for a round-the-clock sports television channel in 1978 while stuck in traffic. Rasmussen had previously worked as an executive with the New England Whalers hockey team.
