Metaplanet acquires 96% of Super League in 2,100 BTC deal to launch US bitcoin treasury firm

Japanese bitcoin treasury company Metaplanet has acquired a 96% controlling stake in U.S. firm Super League in a deal worth 2,100 BTC. The acquisition is aimed at launching a dedicated bitcoin treasury company in the United States. Super League's shares surged 80% on the announcement.
