Poland's 14th pension payment: who gets nothing?

Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will begin paying out the so-called 14th pension in September. The benefit will be disbursed alongside the standard monthly pension, but in two specific cases the payment date will differ. An income threshold applies, and those who exceed it will receive nothing.
