North Korea preparing another large military deployment to Russia

North Korea is preparing to send another large military contingent to Russia, according to Vadym Skibitsky, deputy head of Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR), speaking to the BBC. Kyiv does not yet have information on whether the North Korean soldiers will be deployed to the Ukrainian front. The move represents a new wave of military support from Pyongyang to Moscow.
