Man who bit off paramedic's finger in Przemyśl arrested in Berlin
A Turkmenistan national suspected of a brutal assault on paramedics in Przemyśl, Poland, has been arrested in Berlin. The man allegedly beat and kicked the medics and bit off part of one paramedic's finger. Extradition proceedings to Poland are now under way.
