Paramount seeks $1.88bn security deposit in Warner Bros. Discovery takeover dispute

Paramount has filed for a $1.88 billion security deposit in case it loses its court battle over the Warner Bros. Discovery takeover, which also affects the ownership of Polish broadcaster TVN. The company argues that delays to the deal are causing it enormous financial losses.
