Presidential minister: 21 of 22 presidential bills frozen by Sejm speaker

Paweł Szefernaker, head of the Presidential Cabinet, has accused Sejm speaker Szymon Hołownia of deliberately blocking presidential bills from being debated. Szefernaker claims 21 of 22 presidential legislative proposals are being "frozen" and not placed on the Sejm's agenda. He called on deputy speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty to explain the situation.
