Zelensky nominates new defence and foreign ministers for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted nominations to parliament for Yevheniy Chmara as defence minister and Andriy Sybiha as foreign minister. The Verkhovna Rada is scheduled to vote on the appointments on 19 August. The cabinet reshuffle takes place amid the ongoing armed conflict in the country.
